Simon came from a background in accounting and finance in corporate environments and now has more than 30 years’ experience in the medical device sector.

Simon also serves as Honorary Treasurer at ABHI and is a director of Medilink SW.

I work with clinicians and medical device companies to bring new products to market, focusing on practical, commercially viable routes from idea to adoption. With experience across OEM, UK manufacturing, and market access, I help partners get to the right solution faster. I’m also Vice Chair of the ABHI International Trade Group, supporting UK healthtech companies with international growth.

My role includes both financial and management accounting functions, which means I handle aspects such as preparing accurate financial reports, analysing performance, and supporting planning. I work on budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis to ensure the business has the information we need to make informed decisions.

With extensive experience in the industry, I oversee quality assurance and regulatory compliance, ensuring products meet industry standards and regulations throughout their lifecycle.

I have been a Product Development Engineer at P3 Medical since September 2023, acting as the link between customers, manufacturers, and suppliers to keep communication clear throughout development. I work with customers to define needs, support Maintenance Engineers in turning ideas into prototypes, and collaborate with QA/RA to ensure designs meet regulatory and quality standards while delivering innovative, tailored solutions.

I joined the company in 2014, starting in production before moving into my current role as Quality Assurance and Regulatory Assistant and Sustainability Leader in 2021. I ensure our processes meet strict quality and regulatory standards while leading sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact. My work focuses on continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and promoting responsible, eco-friendly practices across the business.

I ensure production lines run smoothly, with machinery and facilities well maintained. Working closely with Development Engineers and Production Supervisors to deliver high-quality products efficiently, while complying with safety and environmental regulations.

I support hospitals and clinical teams across the South West and Wales, helping them access the products they need to deliver safe, effective patient care. I work closely with procurement, theatres and wider hospital teams to ensure smooth supply, clear communication and reliable support. My focus is on strong relationships and making day-to-day processes as straightforward as possible.

I joined P3 Medical in 2024, bringing nearly four years of experience within the NHS. As a qualified Nursing Associate, I have a strong understanding of clinical environments and a clear appreciation of the challenges healthcare professionals face. I’m committed to providing tailored support to our clients, helping them access the products they need to deliver the highest standard of patient care.

I’m Issy, I sit within the Business Development team at P3 Medical and will act as your first point of contact. I’m here to assist with any day-to-day queries you may have and to liaise with all the team to be able to understand your requirements. I’m also here to support the team internally so we can keep on top of and coordinate between us

I am an experienced Export Sales Manager focused on growing international markets and delivering innovative healthcare solutions. With 17 years in the medical device industry, I work with distributors worldwide to expand market presence and build strong partnerships. I identify new opportunities, manage key accounts, and ensure efficient, compliant export processes. My understanding of global markets, trade regulations, and customer needs helps drive our growth across borders.

I support P3 Medical’s day-to-day operations, helping to manage orders, respond to customer queries, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. I’m often one of the first points of contact for customers, so I focus on being approachable, responsive, and helpful making sure any requests or questions are handled quickly and efficiently. I’m committed to providing reliable support to both our customers and the wider team.
